Standard Fields

When the simple format is selected, repeat events are expanded into a series of simple appointments in a given time span.

Untimedx x if appointment is untimed (all day event), empty if timed
Start Time 8:30 Start time of appointment in your local time format, empty if untimed
End Time9:30 End time of appointment in your local time format, empty if untimed.
Note: If end time is earlier than date time, the appointment is supposed to be a midnight spanning event (if desktop version supports it).
Private x x if appointment is private, empty if not private
Text ...Appointment title text (subject)
Note... Note attached to appointment (description).
Alarm x x if appointment has an alarm, empty if not
Alarm Time 5 Alarm advance time span, in minutes, hours or days
Alarm Unit m Alarm time unit, m for minutes, h for hours or d for days
CategoryPersonalCategory of appointment (if desktop/handheld supports it).
Note: Category must already exist on import.
LocationRoom 101Location (room) of appointment (if desktop/handheld supports it)
Time Span3600Time span of appointment in seconds, supersedes End Time if set
Record ID 

Unique ID of appointment record.
Note: Newly created or imported desktop appointments always have Record ID 0.
The real Record ID is set at the next HotSync.
At import, this field is used to update existing records (if a record with this ID can be found).

(Ignored) This field is ignored on import, and empty on export.
Note: Can be used multiple times to adjust to special import formats.
Repeat x x if appointment is part of a repeat event series

Repeat Fields

The following fields are used to describe repeat events (if full format is selected).

Repeat Type Daily One of Daily, Weekly, Monthly Date, Monthly Day, or Yearly
Repeat Interval 1 Interval between successive repeat appointments depending on repeat type
Repeat End Date 3/31/2000 End date in your local date format
Exceptions 3/30/2000 4/05/2000 Exception dates, separated by space (currently ignored on import)
Weekly Sunday x If repeat type is Weekly
Weekly Monday   If repeat type is Weekly
Weekly Tuesday   If repeat type is Weekly
Weekly Wednesday   If repeat type is Weekly
Weekly Thursday   If repeat type is Weekly
Weekly Friday   If repeat type is Weekly
Weekly Saturday   If repeat type is Weekly
Monthly Week Index 5 If repeat type is Monthly Day 
Week index (1-5): 1 for first week, 5 for last week
