ZIP code in front of town in address book of Palm OS 3.5 to 5.0 The system extension PLZ-Hack switches the order of ZIP code and town in the built-in address book in PalmOS 3.5 and Palm OS 4.0/4.1 to the order used in many European countries. Simply install and activate in X-Master or HackMaster. PLZ-Hack works only with PalmOS 3.5 and Palm OS 4 devices, not with older OS versions and also not with third party address programs. PLZ-Hack must be in RAM and should not be moved to Flash ROM. Unfortunately, Palm has not fixed this problem in Palm OS 5. The application ZIPFix switches the order of zip code and town in the built-in address book of Palm OS 5. Simply install the program and the order is reversed. To restore the original order, deinstall the program. ZIPFix must be in RAM or Flash-ROM. It does not work on an expansion card. PLZ-Hack and ZIPFix are Freeware ©LinkeSOFT. |
